We recently used Dave Keefe to sell our family home in Ladera. From the beginning through the sale at the end, Dave and his team provided outstanding service. First, Dave K. provided a careful and realistic analysis of the real estate market and had a convincing strategy for doing additional work to freshen up the house in order to increase its appeal to our target buyer demographic. We interviewed several brokers, and he was the obvious standout. Second, the in-house construction manager, Dave O'Mara, and his team did an excellent job renovating the house, including redoing three bathrooms, updating the color scheme inside and out, doing landscaping, redoing flooring, etc. The work was high quality, and Dave O'Mara repeatedly came up with helpful ideas for how to get the maximum bang-for-the-buck given our renovation budget. When there were decisions to be made, Dave O'Mara provided the necessary information with the relevant pros and cons in a clear way. He also sent regular updates of the work along the way. Working with him remotely (we are out-of-state) could not have been better. I particularly appreciated the fact that they understood our desire to handle things in an environmentally responsible way. Third, the staging and open house process all went smoothly, and Dave K was very helpful managing the multiple bids we received on the house, and getting us to the finish line with the closing. I would certainly use Dave K and his team again. I give his firm my highest recommendation.
